Reporting Suspected Breaches and Security Incidents to Affected Individuals. To the extent deemed warranted, CONTRACTOR shall provide notice to any and all individuals affected by the suspected breach of, or security incident involving, PSEI or PHI. CONTRACTOR shall pay the full costs associated with notifying such individuals, which may include, without limitation, the costs to retain an outside firm to undertake the notification effort. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall consult with COUNTY regarding the steps required to notify impacted individuals and any other persons, media outlets or governmental agencies, and must supply COUNTY with the following information:
