Reporting Timeframes. All quality measures will be reported based on services provided during the Demonstration Year. If the State fails to report by the requested deadline or does not provide a reasonable explanation for delayed reporting, the State may be subject to corrective action for failing to report quality measures. Inaccurate or incomplete reporting, or failure to make timely corrections following notice to resubmit data may lead to termination from the Demonstration. The State must provide an attestation to the completeness and accuracy of the data reported. The data reported will be validated and is subject to audit.

If a Supplier decides to come off the Dynamic Purchasing System then it shall still submit MI while it has a contract with a Customer for the duration of the contract period. N.B only suppliers who have active contracts in place with Customers will be required to provide MI and KPI reports.

Reporting Timeframes provider and lab differences: In some awardee jurisdictions, reporting timeframes for select diseases differ depending on whether reported by providers or labs. Awardees are requested to ensure that calculations of timeliness of reporting for each case of disease are compared against the appropriate required timeframe. Response Note: for cases in which both a provider and a lab report the same case of disease, awardees should count the first instance of reporting the case for the purpose of this performance measure.
