Common use of REPORTING TO COMPANY Clause in Contracts

REPORTING TO COMPANY. Operators will not be instructed to report by the Company on their days off, after leaving their assignment or more than 20 minutes prior to the normal report time except in cases of a serious nature or to complete an accident report. Operators may be required to report for training on their days off and they will be compensated at one and one-half times the protection rate for actual training hours.
