Common use of Reporting to Public Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reporting to Public Agencies. The Charter School shall submit to the District a copy of all reports or other documents that the Charter School is required to submit to any state or other public agency in the State of California. Such reports will be submitted to the District, when submitted to the state or other public agency.
