Reporting to Titling Trust Administrator. The Holders (or the related Servicer on their behalf) will report to the Titling Trust Administrator with respect to assets acquired, assigned, transferred, or reallocated pursuant to Section 4.3(d), (e) and (f) at such times, in such manner and in such form as may be agreed to from time to time by such Holders (or the related Servicer on their behalf) and the Titling Trust Administrator, which may include any electronic means.
