Common use of REPORTS AND ACCESS Clause in Contracts

REPORTS AND ACCESS. To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.

REPORTS AND ACCESS. To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's ’s service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser Advisor and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser Advisor or the Fund Series as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser Advisor and the Fund's Series’ service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the TrustFund.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply to the Adviser or the Fund such other information and documentation in its possession or under its control relating to the Adviser services provided hereunder and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser access such documentation and the Fund's service providers to satisfy their information and perform its oversight obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the TrustSub-Adviser.

The Sub-Adviser may use electronic mail to satisfy its disclosure delivery requirements under the federal securities laws (including the Sub-Adviser's obligation to deliver its Form ADV), and to deliver any other reports and documents related to services provider under this Agreement, unless the Adviser provides written instructions to the contrary.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's service providers to satisfy their legal, compliance or regulatory obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and the Fund and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit requested. To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Adviser and agrees to furnish the Fund's service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond Sub-Adviser with a copy of any financial statement or report prepared for the Fund with respect to the reasonable requests Fund by a registered independent public accounting firm, and with copies of any financial statements or reports made by the TrustFund to shareholders.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's ’s service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust. The Sub-Adviser may use electronic mail to satisfy its disclosure delivery requirements under the federal securities laws (including the Sub-Adviser’s obligation to deliver its Form ADV), and to deliver any other reports and documents related to the Services provided under this Agreement, unless the Adviser provides written instructions to the contrary.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary requested to permit the Adviser and the Fund's service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.

To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, upon request and reasonable advance notice, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's ’s service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.

REPORTS AND ACCESS. To the extent not otherwise identified in this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to supply such other information and documentation to the Adviser and to permit such compliance inspections by the Adviser or the Fund at a time reasonable to the Sub-Adviser as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Adviser and the Fund's service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trust.
