REPORTS AND ACCESS. (a) The Adviser agrees to supply such information to the Trust as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the Trust’s service providers to satisfy their obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Board. (b) The Trust agrees to provide the Adviser such information about the Trust and each Fund as is necessary and appropriate for the Adviser to perform its services hereunder.
