Reports and Conferences. 3.1 University shall provide written progress reports to Sponsor. During the term of this Agreement, representatives of University and Sponsor shall discuss, at mutually convenient times, the progress and results of the Project, ongoing plans for the Project, and any proposed changes to the Project.
