Common use of Reports and Conferences Clause in Contracts

Reports and Conferences. 4.1 Written quarterly reports relating to COMPANY's in-kind contributions are required and shall be forwarded within fifteen (15) days after the end of each quarter to UNH Sponsored Programs Administration (SPA) as indicated in Attachment I. COMPANY’S in-kind contributions must be fully documented within thirty (30) days of Project Period end date. All in-kind reports will be submitted using the form provided herewith as Attachment I. 4.2 It is expected that the UNH Project Director will make periodic reports to COMPANY, as necessary. A final technical report will be provided in writing to the NHIRC by the COMPANY and the UNH Project Director within thirty (30) days of Project completion 4.3 During the term of this Agreement, representatives of UNH through the NHIRC may meet with representatives of COMPANY at times and places mutually agreed upon to discuss the progress and results, as well as ongoing plans, or changes therein, of Project to be performed hereunder. 4.4 COMPANY agrees to participate in and provide feedback as to the economic impact resulting from the Project provided that the COMPANY is not required to release proprietary or confidential information.

COMPANY’S in-kind contributions must be fully documented and submitted to the DARTMOUTH official in Article 20 within thirty (30) days of Project Period end date. All in-kind reports will be submitted using the form provided herewith as Attachment I. 4.2 It is expected that technical progress reports will be provided in writing to the UNH NHIRC by the COMPANY and the DARTMOUTH Project Director will make periodic reports to COMPANY, as necessaryDirector.
