Reports and Conferences. 3.1 Interim written project reports shall be provided by the Research Organization to the Sponsor from time to time during the Contract Period, at mutually agreed to intervals, and a final project report shall be submitted by the Research Organization to the Sponsor within 60 days after the conclusion of the Contract Period or early termination of this Agreement, whichever is sooner.
