Reports and Documents. As may be required by law, Lessee shall notify Lessor of any judicial proceedings against Lessee affecting its possession under the Lease or the interest of Lessor in the Leased Premises. Further, upon written request of Lessor, Lessee shall send Lessor a copy of any filings with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources or other governmental agency within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of such request.
