REPORTS AND FILES Clause Samples

The "Reports and Files" clause establishes the obligations of a party to provide specific documentation, records, or deliverables related to the performance of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the types of reports or files that must be submitted, the format and frequency of submission, and any standards or requirements for their content. For example, a contractor may be required to submit progress reports, financial statements, or completed work files at regular intervals. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability by requiring the timely and organized delivery of essential information, thereby facilitating oversight and effective project management.

SSI shall also use its best efforts to obtain such additional statistical and other information as the Trusts may reasonably request within the capabilities of SSI, for such additional consideration as may be agreed to by SSI and the Trusts.
