Reports and Minutes. The Trust will provide for meetings to be minuted and for draft minutes to be prepared. The Joint Secretaries will circulate a copy of the draft minutes of the proceedings for all meetings within 10 working days after the meeting. Such minutes shall be subject to approval by the JCNC at its next meeting.
