Reports and Notices. (a) In connection with the performance of its duties under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to the realization upon defaulted Mortgage Loans, the Servicer shall use reasonable efforts to provide to the Loss Mitigation Advisor with the following notices and reports. All such notices and reports may be sent to the Loss Mitigation Advisor by telecopier, electronic mail, express mail or regular mail.
