Common use of Reports and Notices Clause in Contracts

Reports and Notices. (a) SPS shall provide the Master Servicer the following notices and reports in a timely manner and such notices and reports shall be prepared using the same methodology and calculations used in its standard servicing reports to the Master Servicer. SPS shall send all such notices and reports to the Master Servicer in a format used for its standard servicing reports. SPS agrees to provide the Master Servicer with read-only access to those portions of its default management and servicing platform that relate to the SPS Mortgage Loans.
