Reports and Opinions; Inspections. (a) The County shall deliver to the Trustee and the Corporation, within 90 days after the end of each Fiscal Year, a certificate stating that no Event of Default under this Facilities Agreement has occurred and is continuing and that the Project Facilities are being used in accordance with the terms of this Facilities Agreement.
