Reports and Statements. Tenant shall furnish the following reports and statements to Landlord during the Term: (i) copies of all licenses authorizing Tenant to operate the Facility for its Intended Use; (ii) all Medicare and Medicaid certifications, together with provider agreements and all material correspondence relating thereto with respect to the Facility, if any (excluding, however, correspondence which may be subject to any attorney-client privilege); (iii) all reports or surveys, statements of deficiencies, plans of correction, and all material correspondence relating thereto, including, without limitation, all reports and material correspondence concerning compliance with or enforcement of licensure, Medicare/Medicaid (if applicable), all accreditation requirements including physical environment and Life Safety Code survey reports (excluding, however, correspondence which may be subject to any attorney-client privilege); (iv) with reasonable promptness, such other confirmation as to the licensure and, if applicable, Medicare and Medicaid participation of Tenant as Landlord may reasonably request from time to time; (v) unaudited financial statements for the Leased Property and the operations thereon; (vi) occupancy reports for the Facility; and (vii) any statements, reports and other information with respect to Tenant or the operation of the Leased Property required pursuant to any Facility Mortgage or otherwise reasonably requested by Landlord.
