Common use of Reports and Testing Clause in Contracts

Reports and Testing. Borrower shall (a) promptly deliver to Administrative Agent copies of all reports, studies, inspections and tests made on the Land, the Improvements or any materials to be incorporated into the Improvements; and (b) make such additional tests on the Land, the Improvements or any materials to be incorporated into the Improvements as Administrative Agent reasonably requires. Borrower shall immediately notify Administrative Agent of any report, study, inspection or test that indicates any adverse condition relating to the Land, the Improvements or any such materials.

Borrower shall immediately notify Administrative Agent of any report, study, inspection or test that indicates any adverse condition relating to the LandProject, the any Improvements or any such materials.

Borrower shall immediately notify Administrative Agent of any report, study, inspection or test that indicates any material adverse condition relating to the Land, the Improvements Property or any such materials.
