Reports and Voting. (a) Subject to the requirements of the applicable law, we and any appointed custodian shall have no duty or obligation to exercise the voting rights or other elective rights of any Units subscribed or acquired, or received or held for you, except upon your prior written instructions (or instructions from an Authorised Person) in such form and by such time as prescribed by us from time to time, and then only upon such terms, conditions, indemnities, fees and charges as agreed.
