Common use of REPORTS AND WRITTEN MATERIAL Clause in Contracts

REPORTS AND WRITTEN MATERIAL. All written reports, recommendations, advice, records, documents and other materials prepared or obtained by the Company or coming into the possession of the Company during the term of this Agreement that concern any aspect of the business of the Council shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Council and at the end of the term of this Agreement, or at the request of the Council during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall promptly deliver all such written materials to the Council. Similarly, the Council shall at the end of the term of this Agreement or at the request of the Company during the term of this Agreement promptly deliver to the Company all written materials in their possession concerning the business of the Company.
