Common use of Reports by Fund to Adviser Clause in Contracts

Each Trust will from time to time furnish to the Adviser detailed statements of its investments and assets, and information as to its investment objective and needs, and will make available to the Adviser such financial reports, proxy statements, legal and other information relating to the Trust’s investments as may be in its possession or available to it, together with such other information as the Adviser may reasonably request.
