REPORTS BY GRANTOR TRUSTEE. (a) The Grantor Trustee shall report to the Depositor, each of the Sellers, the Underwriters, the Certificate Insurer and each Owner, with respect to the amount on deposit in the Grantor Trust Account and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Depositor or the Certificate Insurer may from time to time request. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Grantor Trustee shall, at the request of the Depositor or the Certificate Insurer transmit promptly to the Depositor and the Certificate Insurer copies of all accounting of receipts in respect of the Class A-2 Fixed Certificates furnished to it by the Servicer and shall notify the Certificate Insurer if any Monthly Remittance Amount has not been received by the Grantor Trustee when due. (b) The Grantor Trustee shall report to the Certificate Insurer and each Owner with respect to any written notices it may from time to time receive which provide an Authorized Officer with actual knowledge that any of the statements set forth in Section 3.04(b) hereof are inaccurate.
