Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after September 15 of each year (commencing with the year of the initial issuance of the Securities), the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act (if any) in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantor shall promptly notify the Guarantee Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchange.
