Reports by Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after June 1 of each year (commencing with the year of the first anniversary of the issuance of the Trust PIERS), the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the TIA (if any) in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the TIA. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the TIA. The Guarantor shall promptly notify the Guarantee Trustee when the Trust PIERS are listed on any stock exchange.
