The Indenture Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder such information as may be required to enable such holder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns. The Indenture Trustee shall prepare and file (or cause to be prepared and filed), on behalf of the Owner Trustee or the Issuer, any Form 1099 tax returns. All tax returns and information reports shall be signed by the Owner Trustee as provided in Section 5.03 of the Trust Agreement.
