Reports by Indenture Trustee to Holders. The Indenture Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder the information and documents set forth in Article VII, and, in addition, all such information with respect to the Notes as may be required by the terms of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement to be provided to Holders by the Indenture Trustee to enable such Holder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns.
