Within the prescribed period of time for tax reporting purposes after the end of each calendar year during the term of this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder such information, including without limitation, IRS Form 1099, as may be required by applicable law to enable such holder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns.
