The Indenture Trustee shall deliver to each Noteholder such information as may be required to enable such Noteholder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns. In addition, upon Issuer Request, the Indenture Trustee shall promptly furnish such information reasonably requested by the Issuer that is reasonably available to the Indenture Trustee to enable the Issuer to perform its federal and state income tax reporting obligations.
