Common use of Reports by Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by Indenture Trustee. (a) Within 90 days after each April 15, beginning in the year after the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee will prepare and mail to each Noteholder a report dated as of such April 15 that complies with Section 313(a) of the TIA, but only if such report is required pursuant Section 313(a) of the TIA. The Indenture Trustee will also prepare and mail to Noteholders any report required pursuant to Section 313(b) of the TIA. Any report mailed to the Noteholders pursuant to this Section 7.4(a) will be mailed in compliance with Section 313(c) of the TIA.
