Common use of Reports by Independent Certified Public Accountants Clause in Contracts

Reports by Independent Certified Public Accountants. At the request of a Fund, the Subcustodian shall deliver to the Fund a written report prepared by the Subcustodian's independent certified public accountants with respect to the services provided by the Subcustodian under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Subcustodian's accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding cash, securities and other property, including cash, securities and other property deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System or with a Secondary Subcustodian. Such report shall be sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonably be required by a Fund and as may reasonably be obtained by the Subcustodian.
