Reports by IRSA PC. IRSA PC shall file with the Trustee, and transmit to Holders, such information, documents and other reports, and such summaries thereof, if any, as may be required pursuant to this Indenture. Delivery of such reports, information and documents to the Trustee is for informational purposes only and the Trustee’s receipt thereof shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including compliance by IRSA PC or its Subsidiaries with any of their respective covenants hereunder.
