Common use of Reports by the Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Guarantee Trustee. Not later than April 30 of each year, commencing April 30, 1998, the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

Reports by the Guarantee Trustee.
