Common use of Reports by the Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Guarantee Trustee. Not later than [ ] of each year, commencing [ ], the Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act. The Guarantor will notify the Guarantee Trustee if and when any Capital Securities are listed on any stock exchange and of any delisting thereof.
