Common use of Reports by the Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee. By June 14 of each year, commencing June 14, 2002, the Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports, dated as of May 15 of each year, as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.

By June 14 Within 60 days after May 15 of each year, commencing June 14May 15, 2002200_, the Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports, dated as of May 15 of each year, reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Preferred Securities Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313(d) 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
