Reports by the Property Trustee. (a) Within 60 days after October 1 of each year commencing with October 1, , if required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Property Trustee shall transmit a brief report dated as of such October 1 with respect to any of the events specified in such Section 313(a) that may have occurred since the later of the date of this Trust Agreement or the preceding October 1.
