Common use of Reports by the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Property Trustee. (a) The Property Trustee shall transmit to the Securityholders such reports concerning the Property Trustee, its actions under this Trust Agreement and the property and funds in its possession in its capacity as the Property Trustee as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. (b) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to the Holders, be filed by the Property Trustee with the American Stock Exchange, Inc., and each national securities exchange or other organization upon which the Trust Securities are listed, and also with the Commission and the Depositor.
