Common use of Reports by the Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after May 31 of each year beginning with the May 31 next following the date of this Trust Agreement, the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Trust Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with Section 313(b) of the Trust Indenture Act, if and as required, in the form and manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
