Reports by the Property Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year (commencing with the year in which the first anniversary of the issuance of the Preferred Securities occurs), the Property Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the TIA, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the TIA. The Property Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the TIA. The Sponsor shall promptly notify the Property Trustee when the Preferred Securities are listed on any stock exchange.
