Common use of Reports by the Trust Preferred Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Trust Preferred Guarantee Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Trust Preferred Securities are Outstanding, the Trust Preferred Guarantee Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Holders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Securities Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if applicable (it being understood that no such report shall be required if none of the events set forth in Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act has occurred during the period to which such report would relate).
