Common use of Reports by Trustee to Holders of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Reports by Trustee to Holders of the Notes. (a) Within 60 days after each June 1 beginning with the June 1 following the date of this Indenture, the Trustee shall mail to each Holder of Notes and each other Person specified in Section 313(c) of the TIA a brief report dated as of such June 1 that complies with Section 313(a) of the TIA to the extent required thereby. The Trustee also shall comply with Section 313(b) of the TIA.
