Common use of Reports by Trustee to Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Reports by Trustee to Securityholders. Within 60 days after December 31 in each year, beginning with the December 31 following the date of this Indenture, the Trustee shall mail to the Securityholders a brief report dated as of such reporting date in compliance with ss. 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 if such report is required by Section ss. 313(a). The Trustee also shall comply with ss. 313(b) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939. The Trustee shall also transmit by mail all reports as required by ss. 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchange and of any delisting thereof. ARTICLE SIX
