REPORTS/DELIVERABLES. Brief progress reports of the Task Order projects will be made periodically by University to Sponsor and a final report will be rendered on completion of each project. “Deliverables” mean the report(s) submitted to Sponsor by University that contain the resulting data generated from the Task Order project evaluation. The Parties agree that Sponsor owns any such Deliverables provided in accordance with the applicable Task Order and thus may use such for any purpose without any further remuneration to University. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties understand and agree that University retains the right to (a) utilize the Deliverables for its academic, educational and research purposes, subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined herein, and (b) publish project results as permitted per Clause 14 – CONFIDENTIALITY/PUBLICATIONS. During the term of each applicable Task Order, representatives of University will consult and/or meet with representatives of Sponsor to discuss progress and results, as well as ongoing plans of the applicable project and University will provide project information to Sponsor as reasonably requested.

REPORTS/DELIVERABLES. Aquila shall deliver to Ambient, a detailed design of the prototype gw-node, x-node and s-node communications controller units (the "Products"), in the form of a Critical Design Review (CDR) document. Subsequent to acceptance of the CDR and authorization by Ambient, Aquila will provide a final schedule and price for delivery of prototypes of the Products, all as specified in the SOW. Upon acceptance of the prototypes by Ambient ("Deliverable Acceptance") the Parties shall enter into discussions regarding the commercialization of Products by Aquila and the purchase from Aquila of Products by Ambient. Nothing contained herein shall deemed as requiring Ambient to purchase any Products from Aquila.

REPORTS/DELIVERABLES. 11.1 [US Institution], through the designated scientist, [Name of US Institution PI], agrees to provide the necessary information and will co-operate in order that [EU INSTITUTION] can complete and send periodic activity reports as required by the European Commission. Such necessary information will include but not be limited to: (a) the progress towards the objectives of the Project; (b) the progress towards the milestones and deliverables foreseen in the research training activities; (c) the identification of any problems encountered and corrective action taken; (d) any financial or other management reports required. 11.2 [US Institution] agrees to complete the evaluation questionnaires provided by the European Commission during the Secondment and at the end of the Project including any follow-up questionnaires. 11.3 Throughout the duration of the Secondment Period each Party agrees to keep the other Party fully informed and will provide such information as may reasonably be required in respect of the research training activities, the administration and management of the Project and the Fellow.
