Conflicting Situations. The contractor personnel will not participate in, nor be a party to, any activities that are in conflict with Federal and/or State guidelines. In the event the contractor employee encounters said conflicting situations, the contractor employee will notify the COR or the Contracting Officer to resolve such issues. The Contracting Officer will document and be responsible for resolution of any such situations. Neither the VA nor the contractor employee will be responsible for any delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond each party's control.
