Reports during Operation Period. During the Operation Period the Borrower will provide the Agent with a quarterly production report, including, inter alia, actual production figures, operating cost figures, sales and sales price figures and the budgeted figures thereof plus an actual/budget comparison within thirty (30) Business Days of the last day of each calendar quarter.
