Reports, Inspections, Repairs Clause Samples

The "Reports, Inspections, Repairs" clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to property condition assessments during a transaction. It typically grants the buyer the right to conduct inspections and receive relevant reports about the property's state, and may specify how repair requests are to be handled, including timelines for completion and who bears the cost. This clause ensures transparency regarding the property's condition, helps allocate responsibility for necessary repairs, and provides a structured process for addressing issues discovered before closing.
Reports, Inspections, Repairs. To the extent permitted by law, any and all termite clearances and reports and any inspections required by a lender, and/or repairs recommended or required by any termite and/or property inspection report including, but not limited to, any roof certifications, shall all be at the sole cost and expense of Buyer.
