Reports of Activities Sample Clauses

The "Reports of Activities" clause requires one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to regularly inform the other party about the progress, status, or results of their work. This may involve submitting periodic written updates, summaries of completed tasks, or detailed accounts of ongoing activities, depending on the agreement's requirements. By mandating these reports, the clause ensures transparency and enables the receiving party to monitor performance, address issues promptly, and maintain oversight throughout the duration of the project or engagement.
