Common use of Reports of Foreclosure and Abandonment of Mortgaged Properties Clause in Contracts

Reports of Foreclosure and Abandonment of Mortgaged Properties. On or before May 31st of each year beginning in 2003, the Master Servicer shall file the reports of foreclosure and abandonment of any Mortgaged Property required by Section 6050J of the Code and cancellation of indebtedness required under Section 6050P of the Code with the Internal Revenue Service. The reports from the Master Servicer shall be made in a timely fashion and in form and substance sufficient to meet the reporting requirements imposed by such Section 6050J and 6050P of the Code.

On or before May 31st February 28 of each year beginning in 20032002, the Master Servicer shall file the reports of foreclosure and abandonment of any Mortgaged Property required by Section 6050J of the Code and cancellation of indebtedness required under Section 6050P of the Code with the Internal Revenue ServiceService and provide a copy of such filing to the Trustee. The reports from the Master Servicer shall be made in a timely fashion and in form and substance sufficient to meet the reporting requirements imposed by such Section 6050J and 6050P of the Code.6050P.
