Common use of Reports of Foreclosures and Abandonment of Mortgaged Properties Clause in Contracts

Reports of Foreclosures and Abandonment of Mortgaged Properties. On or before February 28 of each year beginning in 2000, the Servicer shall file the reports of foreclosures and abandonments of any Mortgaged Property required by Code Section 6050J with the Internal Revenue Service. The reports from the Servicer shall be in form and substance sufficient to meet the reporting requirements imposed by such Section 6050J.
