Common use of Reports of Misuse Clause in Contracts

Reports of Misuse. All incidents of misuse, or suspected misuse, by the THIRD PARTY must be reported to DVS. DVS will examine each incident for validity and forward any substantiated report of misuse for further investigation to the THIRD PARTY and/or law enforcement. Failure to report confirmed or suspected misuse may result in suspension or cancellation of the THIRD PARTY's access.
