Common use of Reports of Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Reports of Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure. Business Associate agrees to promptly report to Covered Entity any use or disclosure of the PHI by Business Associate, its employees, representatives, agents or subcontractors that is not specifically provided for by this Agreement. Where applicable, such report shall comply with the requirements outlined in Sections 3.5 and 3.12.
